Equipment & Application Warranty

ElevenTen Color is so confident in the compatibility and performance of our ink that we provide a hardware and application warranty. This warranty provides each user with the peace-of-mind that if our ink is determined to have caused damage to your printer we will reimburse you for associated costs for repair.

We have also developed an application warranty that provides each user with the confidence needed to build lasting relationships with your customers. If ElevenTen Color ink does not perform to the durability and fade guidelines provided we will reimburse you for the cost of ink associated with creating the failed graphic(s). Plus, if you create your graphic(s) with ElevenTen Color solvent ink and media and failure occurs we will reimburse not only the cost of ink but also the media.
